Zali may be the realization of a dream, thirty decades during the creating... within a kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a family members that, similar to every other relatives in the world, was persuaded that their mother’s cooking, was the very best.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mother and grandmother to entire-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived most of her everyday living in Lebanon. for therefore extended, she liked testing here her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not leave her property’s nest until finally Zali available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and passion for cooking are for you personally and the globe to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors that have made the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You usually takes some of them back again residence!
We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: many different home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can acquire and check out. They are prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back household. “Mouneh”is usually a Lebanese custom of preserving food over the seasons.
