And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from total-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived read more most of her lifestyle in Lebanon. for thus very long, she beloved screening her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't leave her property’s nest right up until Zali provided her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown happiness and keenness for cooking are in your case and the planet to style!
In all our dishes are flavors that have made the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You may take many of them back house!
We get in touch with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: many different handmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can purchase and try. They may be well prepared by our chef or produced by farmers again residence. “Mouneh”is really a Lebanese custom of preserving food stuff through the seasons.
