And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mom and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived the vast majority of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so prolonged, she cherished screening her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not depart her dwelling’s nest till Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown contentment and passion for cooking are for yourself and the entire world to style!

We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: a number of home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can buy and take a look at.
