Zali is the realization of the dream, thirty decades in the making... in the kitchen area, in read more a house, in Beirut –a loved ones that, similar to each other family members on the planet, was confident that their mom’s cooking, was the most beneficial.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from total-time mother and grandmother to total-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived almost all of her existence in Lebanon. For so extended, she liked screening her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not depart her dwelling’s nest until finally Zali available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown happiness and fervour for cooking are for yourself and the planet to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors that have produced the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You may take a number of them again household!
We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: a range of homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to buy and try. They're prepared by our chef or made by farmers back dwelling. “Mouneh”can be a Lebanese tradition of preserving foods throughout the seasons.
