Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went here from complete-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived most of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so very long, she loved screening her individual recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not depart her home’s nest until eventually Zali available her that chance. Now, her homegrown happiness and keenness for cooking are to suit your needs and the planet to style!
In all our dishes are flavors which have manufactured the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You can take a number of them back again property!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: a variety of selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can purchase and try. They are really organized by our chef or made by farmers back household. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese tradition of preserving foods across the seasons.
